When it comes to providing an environment to my clients, I strive for a sense of comfort, ease, and respect. My clients come first, so I do everything I can to ensure they have a positive experience.
My first priority is ensuring that my clients have access to all the resources they need. That includes making sure they have a reliable internet connection and access to the information needed to complete their projects. I provide helpful tips and a comfortable workspace with a clean desk and a inspirational backdrop. I also keep the latest books, magazines, and podcasts all around to spark conversations and stimulate creativity when needed.
I also strive to make sure my clients feel respected and appreciated. From the moment they step into my office, I show my respect by being present and taking the time to really listen to what they have to say. I create a safe and non-judgmental space so they feel comfortable expressing their ideas and opinions. I also make sure to thank my clients for their time and effort as I understand how important their projects are to them.
I’m constantly looking for ways to make the environment more inviting and welcoming. I’ll light some candles, switch up the furniture arrangement, or even play some music to create a relaxed atmosphere. Taking time out for light conversations and laughter is always appreciated, too!
